If we made an error shipping a different product or the product arrived damaged, please contact us via e-mail at: info@proactivehealthstore.com.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we only can receive returns for unopened and unused products; shipping charges are not eligible for returns in case of displeasure. We don’t charge restocking fees. We only accept returns within the 30 days after you received your order.

Please package the items you are returning and ship via the carrier of your choice. In order to speed up the process, all returns should clearly show our Order number on the outside of the package.
